This Appeal filed under section 14A(2) of the scheduled castes and the scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act1989 Amendement Act 1 of 2016- to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 11.11.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.1564/2019 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar at Sirivilliputtur and to set aside the same and enlarge the appellant in connection with crime No.198 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police by allowing this criminal appeal. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s. D.FARJANA GHOUSHIA Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.A.P.G.OHM CHAIRMA PRABHU, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.A(MD)No.575 of 2019, dated 19.12.2019.

Court in Crl.A(MD)No.575 of 2019, dated 19.12.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has strongly opposed to relax the condition.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A(MD)No.575 of 2019, dated 19.12.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered accordingly.
