(Crime No.324/2019) PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying this Court to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the third respondent in Crime No. 324/2019 to any other investigating Officer within the jurisdiction of the Madurai District and consequently direct the first respondent to supervise the investigation and file final report in accordance with law.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the third respondent in Crime No. 324/2019 to any other investigating Officer within the jurisdiction of the Madurai District and consequently, direct the first respondent to supervise the investigation and file final report.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor stated that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police completed the investigation, filed the final report and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.272 of 2021, on the file of the Sub Court, Thirumangalam.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2011 of 2020 3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this criminal original petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
