This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.278 of 2021 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankoil.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,01.02.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
