RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.9298/2017 dated 12/10/2017 in Crl.O.P.No.11059/2017 that the petitioners shall report before the concern court twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M. SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners are filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 406 420 294(b) and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act, in Crime No.17 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly for a period of 62 days.

petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
