ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report within stipulated time fixed by this Court before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur, in Crime No.13 of 2014 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case has been referred as mistake of fact and referred charge sheet has been accordingly filed. He also submitted that necessarily notice has been served on the petitioner / defacto complainant too.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is now directed to work out her remedies before the concerned Magistrate Court if

available as per law. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
