CRIME No.366 OF 2020 ... RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.(MD).No.13751 of 2020 dated 02.12.2020 by allowing the sureties other than the blood relatives of the petitioner to execute the bond before the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SATISH G.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13751 of 2020, dated 02.12.2020.

2.This Court by an order dated 02.12.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two blood sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to produce blood related sureties before the learned Magistrate. Hence he seeks modification. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioner to execute a bond for

a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two blood related sureties is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram. All other conditions in the said order shall remain unaltered.
