ORDER

This petition has been filed by the revision petitioner / tenant, to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed in E.P.No.65 of 2017 in R.C.O.P.No.149 of 2014, dated 16.02.2018, on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, it is reported by both sides counsel that the petitioner, who is the tenant, has already vacated the premises and handed over the same to the respondents / landlords.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
