KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 471, 406, 417 and 420 IPC, in Crime No.73 of 2016, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
