CRL OP(MD). No.1847 of 2020 Amendment Ordinance Act, 1989, in Crime No.10 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) points out that the petitioner caused stab injury on the hip of the victim and the victim is still taking treatment in the Hospital. 4.Taking note of the serious allegations made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant relief. Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
