O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to survey the land in S.No.321/9 and 321/5, situate at Unjayaviduthi Village, Orathanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2021.

2. Heard the arguments of Mr.M.Viji, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents.

3. When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner has not submitted any on-line application for survey of the land. Therefore, the representation of the petitioner has not been considered.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh on-line application seeking survey of the land along with supporting documents. If any such application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
