: Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent No.2 to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court and pass such further or other orders as this Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent No.2 to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2015 and proceed with the same as per law within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 24.03.2015, a case in Crime No.472 of 2015 was registered by the second respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act r/w Section 3 (1)(x) of SC/ST POA Act, 1989.

3. In view of the above stated position, the second respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.377 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
