ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed by the revision petitioner / plaintiff, seeking a direction to the learned IAdditional District Munsif, Tiruchirapalli to expedite the trial in O.S.No.556 of 2012 and dispose of the same within a stipulated period.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners would submit that the respondents / plaintiffs have filed the suit for permanent injunction against the revision petitioner / defendant. He would further submit that though the suit was filed by the respondents / plaintiffs in the year 2012, till date the respondents / plaintiffs did not proceed with the trial and the Court below also has been adjourning the suit without any valid reason and hence, he has come up with this civil revision petition for the aforesaid prayer.

3. Since this petition is filed for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondents.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the revision petitioner / defendant and also considering the fact that the suit https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is of the year 2012, without going into the merits and demerits of the allegation raised by the revision petitioner, this civil revision petition is disposed of with the following direction: The learned I-Additional District Munsif, Tiruchirappalli, is directed to dispose of O.S.No.556 of 2012, pending on his file, on merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Both the parties are directed to cooperate with the Court below.

5. No order as to cost.
