PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying, to direct the respondent No.3 herein to not to interfere in the money transaction and consequently not to harass the petitioners on the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the respondent No.4 & 5. 1/4

O R D E R

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed this Criminal Original Petition seeking direction against the third Respondent not to interfere in the money transaction and not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the Petitioner himself is the complainant. Based on his complaint, CSR.No.723 of 2023 was registered and he himself had approached this Court. He would also submit that after receiving the complaint, when the Police Officials summoned the Petitioner through mobile phone and through post, he did not respond. Therefore, they had closed CSR.No.723 of 2023.

3.In the light of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with cost of 2/4
