PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 Cr.P.C ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i) and 295 A of IPC in Crime No. Not Known of 2019, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that based on the complaint given by one Mr.Abdhulla, CSR.No.68 of 2019 has been issued and after conducting enquiry, the said complaint was closed on 29.04.2019 and as on date no case is pending against the petitioner herein.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
