ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.9 Crime No.131 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under sections 109 and 366 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2. According to the de-facto complainant viz., Veerapandi, that his daughter was kidnapped by the accused for marriage of the first accused.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the first accused and even as per the allegation, that A1 kidnapped the daughter of the de-facto complainant on 22.03.2015 and the other accused, who are the family members have assisted him for kidnapping the alleged victim. It is further submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence and he has been in judicial custody for more than 20 days.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that the H.C.P. filed by the de-facto complainant is pending and the victim is not yet secured and the other accused are also absconding.

5. Considering the overt act attributed against this petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- [Rupees Ten thousand only] with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders. sd/- 16/09/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar TO 1 THE JUDICIAL MAGISTRATE, MELUR.
