[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed for a direction to produce the husband of the petitioner, namely, Suresh Kannan @ Nettur Kannar, son of Subbiah Thevar aged about 28 years from the illegal custody of the respondents and set him at liberty. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Anandharaj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that the detenu is having 20 criminal cases across the State of Tamil Nadu and he was secured for Crime No.22 of 2020 by the Bothaloor Police Station and remanded to Judicial custody on 31.01.2020.

3. In the light of the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
