This case has been posting before this Court from 04.01.2019. Most probably there are six adjournments. Specifically on 06.02.2019 and 13.02.2019, this case has been adjourned at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This Court has serious doubt if the petitioner at all is interested in prosecuting the case. As he is more seen in the adjournment-mode, this Court is not in a position to appreciate the same. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
