ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi in Cr.M.P.No.4410 of 2022, dated 20.01.2023 cancelling the bail granted in Cr.M.P.No.3329 of 2022, dated 28.06.2022. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.

2.Recording the endorsement made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi in Cr.M.P.No.4410 of 2022, dated 20.01.2023.
