ANTONY ARUL RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.MAYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (b), 167, 409, 465, 471, 477 (A) IPC and 13(2) r/w 13(1)(c) and 13 (1)(d) of Preventing of anti-corruption Act 1988, in Crime No.1 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation not yet complete. Appearance of the petitioner before the respondent police very much necessary in order to complete the investigation. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of offence committed by the petitioner,I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
