ORDER
The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to measure and survey the petitioner's property in S.No.186/1A & 186/1B in Kariyampatti Village, Ottanchathiram Taluk, Dindigul District.
2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
3.Considering the limited scope of prayer in the writ petition, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 4.The petitioner has made an application on 11.12.2024 and has also paid the requisite fee for conducting survey. 2/4
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents would submit that the respondents, if granted reasonable time, would be in a position to conduct a survey and pass final orders.
6.Considering the above, the Writ Petition is allowed with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct the survey/measure the petitioner's property and pass final orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
