2. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent and the learned Counsel for the second respondent.

3. The learned Counsel for the second respondent has no serious objection for allowing this miscellaneous petition.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11279 of 2009, stands restored to file."
