ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondent no.2 to complete the investigation and file charge sheet in Crime No.664 of 2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent under the supervision of the respondent no.1 as per law within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case has been referred as mistake of fact and referred charge sheet has been accordingly filed and that however omission to serve necessary notice to the petitioner, that it is being done today.

4. Since the case has been referred and notice of the same is being served only today, the petitioner is now directed to work
