thereby restore the tank for full-fledged use based on his representation dated 25.06.2018.

2. Mr.R.Sethuraman, learned Special Government Pleader, submits that in the month of July 2018, as many as seven encroachments have been removed and Form VII notices have been issued towards removal of other encroachments.

3. Recording the said position, the Writ Petition shall stand disposed of. No costs.
