There is no representation for the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that investigation is completed and its likely to file any time.

3.This part, when the Court went through FIR finds that discloses the commission of an offence and also specifically identifies the vehicle in which, the accused have threatened after the occurrence. The Investigating Officer is now directed to lay a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law, if there are grounds exist.
