ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by D. KRISHNAKUMAR, J.) Alleging non compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.1501 of 2020 dated, 30.07.2021, this Contempt Petition has been filed.

2.Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, dated 16.02.2023, the contemnor/sixth respondent has filed a counter-affidavit, wherein at paragraph Nos.6 & 7, it is stated as follows:- "6.It is further submitted that the encroacher itself had removed the entire encroachment (buildings) made by him and now some trees are available in the abovesaid Survey No.308 in Aravakurichi Village and Taluk, Karur District. 7.It is further submitted that now the entire Survey No.308 in Aravakurichi Village and Taluk, Karur District under the control of the sixth respondent/the Executive Officer, Aravakurichi Town Panchayat, Aravakurichi Taluk, District."
