The present revision petition has been filed by defendants 1 to 4 in O.S.No.113 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Alangulam under Article 227 of Constitution of India to strike off the plaint.

2. A perusal of the affidavit indicates that without filing an application before the trial Court invoking Order VII Rule 11 of Code of Civil Procedure, directly the present application has been filed. No grounds have been made out before this Court to invoke Article 227 of Constitution of India.

3. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 17.02.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No gbg 2/4
