ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register the complaint given by the Petitioner dated 10.7.2015 and take necessary action against the accused persons within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the second respondent as early as on 10.07.2015, but, however, the second respondent police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that neither the first respondent nor the second respondent has received the complaint and the acknowledgement received by the complainant shows that the Petitioner has given application to the Cantontment Police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Station, Trichy.

4.Hence no complaint is pending before the first and second respondents for enquiry and in view of the same, the Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
