Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to cancel the deed document in our partitioned hereditary property vide Document Nos.780/1986 dated 06-03-1986, 782/1986 dated 06-03-1986 and 1052/1995 dated 09-06-1995 having a joint patta in Patta No.71 at Parpakulam Village, Murapanadu Sub Division, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli District and appropriate action taken to the 5th respondent is acting with the intention of expropriating our hereditary property based on the representation made to 2nd to 4th respondent through registered post on 18-01-2021 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court. 1/3

ORDER
When this Court intends to dismiss this writ petition on the ground that the representation was very recently made, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.
