Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 2/6

2.The petitioner had availed jewel loan from the fourth respondent society. The petitioner appears to have some dispute with them. To resolve such disputes, the jurisdiction of the Writ Court cannot be invoked. The petitioner has effective remedy available under the Act. The petitioner can file a petition under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act before the second respondent. Without availing such remedies, the petitioner cannot straightaway file a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 3.Granting liberty to the writ petitioner to avail remedy under the Act, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
