To allow this Civil Revision Petition and issue a direction to the Learned Family Court Judge, Madurai to dispose petitioners HMOP.NO.43 of 2014 pending on his file within a easonable time period to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER: This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Family Court Judge, Madurai. Vide the letter in D.No.744 dated 19.07.2018 appeared of Mr.V.SUKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner, this court made the following order: This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing the HMOP.No.43 of 2014, pending on the file of the Family Court, Madurai.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 06.03.2018, directing the trial Court to dispose of HMOP.No.43 of 2014, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the learned Judge has sought for further four months time. Hence, the matter was listed today.

3. Considering the averments made by the Court below, this Court is inclined to extend time further.

4. Accordingly, the time for disposing the HMOP.No.43 of 2014, is extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, finally. No further extension will be given.
