ORDER

The Judgment debtors in E.P.No.255 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Thanjavur are the revision petitioners herein. The said E.P. has been filed to enforce a foreign decree.

2.It is now submitted that the foreign decree itself has been set aside by order dated 30.08.2018. The counsel for the revision petitioner has produced an order that is said to be the true copy of the same. The said order is taken on record.

3.In the light of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
