RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/DEFENDANT PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition filed under Section 115 of Code of CPC., to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 21.06.2017 in I.A.No.385 of 2016 in O.S.No.33 of 2012 on the file of the I Additional District Court, Madurai.

ORDER : This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the I Additional District Court, Madurai vide letter in D.No.6234 dated 19.06.2018, this court made the following order:- This Court, while disposing of the above Civil Revision Petition on 05.03.2018, directed the learned First Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of I.A.No.105 of 2018 and O.S.No.33 of 2012, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Pursuant to the order, the learned First Additional District Judge, Madurai, has sent a letter, dated 19.06.2018, requesting extension of further period of three months' time to dispose of the said I.A.No.105 of 2018 and O.S.No.33 of 2012.

3. Therefore, a further period of two months' time is granted to the learned First Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of the said I.A.No.105 of 2018 and O.S.No.33 of 2012. The learned Judge, is directed to report the same to this Court after passing orders. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
