ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the first respondent to give adequate police protection to him.

2.Mr.R.Senthilkumar, learned counsel filed vakalat on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3.

3.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the first respondent, on instructions, would contend that the representation dated 25.09.2020 submitted by the petitioner was registered in CSR.No.77 of 2021 and it is posted for enquiry.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner based on findings and on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order, after giving sufficient opportunity to the petitioner and the respondents 2 and 3.
