ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to find out the petitioner's son namely Roshan, S/o.Muthupandi, aged about 21 years on the basis of the petitioner's complaint in C.S.R.No.66 of 2019 dated 03.03.2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor right-raised the same statement he made on 02.04.2019 that the petitioner's son has eloped with another girl and they are living in Chennai.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Investigating Officer is directed to make a better statement and indicate the whereabouts of the boy to the petitioner, within a period of fifteen days from today.
