ORDER
The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the third respondent to issue non traceable certificate to him on the basis of the petition dated 25.01.2021 submitted by him.
2. Mr.M.Sheik Abdullah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on 20.01.2021 at about 04.00 pm., the petitioner lost his bag near Rajakamal Hotel at Thiruthangal and his bag contained the original property documents, license No.TN 91 Y 19880011360 and also some other documents. His further contention is that though the petitioner searched the bag till 22.01.2021, he could not find the same. Therefore, he lodged a complaint through online to the police.
3.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner's complaint is registered in CSR.No.47 of 1/3
2021 and posted for enquiry. He would further contend that certain procedures have to be followed before issuing non-traceable certificate to the petitioner.
4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.01.2021 and pass appropriate orders in CSR.No.47 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
