ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.234 of 2019 of Deveipattinam Police Station, Ramanathapuram District.

2. Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.234 of 2019 is almost completed and prayed for one month time to file a final report.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet as the case may be in Crime No.234 of 2019, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.

4. With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
