ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime.No.103/2024 on the file of the Salaigramam Police Station, Sivagangai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side), on instructions, would submit that in this case, already eight witnesses have been examined and doctor's opinion is awaited. As soon as doctor's opinion is received, final report can be filed in Crime No.103 of 2024. Further submitted that it is a case and case in counter. In the counter case, investigation completed and charge sheet made ready. In both cases, charge sheet will be filed within a month.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to file the final report in Crime.No.103 of 2024 within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
