PRAVEEN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.MAYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 120 (b), 364, 302, 379 IPC in Crime No.234 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation is still pending.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side), I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7033 of 2017 in Crl.O.P(MD). No.8208 of 2017, dated 22.08.2017. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
