ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A3 and A4, in Crime No.405 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 11.08.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 489(B) and (C) of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners were found in possession of counterfeit currency notes.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent and they have been falsely implicated on the basis of the confession given by the co-accused. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the co-accused had already been released on anticipatory bail by this Court on 14.08.2015 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.15751 of 2015. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur and on further condition that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
