RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the Petitioner by this Honourable Court while granting anticipatory bail to him by the order dated 26.10.2017 in CRl.O.P. (MD) No. 14402 of 2017 and consequently to permit him to appear before any other police station in Thoothukudi district instead of the respondent police station and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.MALAIKANI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.

Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this modification petition to modify the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.14402 of 2017, dated 26.10.2017 and consequently to permit the petitioner to appear before any other police station in Thoothukudi District instead of the respondent police station. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that if the petitioner appear before the respondent police, there is a life threat to him. Hence he prayed for modification. 3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that petitioner did not comply with the order, dated 26.10.2017, passed by this Court and not even appeared in a single day before the respondent police. https://hcservices.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offence , I am not inclined to modify the condition.
