ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused, in Crime No.533 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 24.07.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Section 174(iii) Cr.P.C altered into Section 302 of IPC and hence, seeks bail.

2. According to the prosecution that on 21.07.2015, the accused suspecting fidelity of his wife and murdered her by strangulation.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and on the date of occurrence, she fell down and also sustained injuries and immediately the petitioner took his wife to the hospital and also informed the de-facto complainant. However, later he has been implicated, due to ulterior motive. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the accused was arrested on 24.07.2015 and medical report is supporting the prosecution case.

5.However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, Theni District and on further condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
