Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.SELVANAYAGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.MAYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 498 (A), 506(ii) IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 in Crime No.17 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.
