This Transfer CMP has been filed to withdraw and transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P. No. 120 of 2021, on the file of the SubCourt, Mettur, Salem District and transfer to the file of SubCourt, Sivakasi. 2.The petitioner is residing at Sivakasi and has no income. Since, she is a lady, could not travel from Sivakasi to Mettur for each and every hearings.

3.Considering the above facts, this Transfer C.M.P. is allowed, thereby, H.M.O.P. No. 120 of 2021, on the file of the Sub-Court, Mettur, Salem District is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub-Court, Sivakasi. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
