ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. G.KARNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.G.PRABHU RAJADURAI, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent the Court made the following order:- This Petition is filed to permit the Petitioner to withdraw 50% of the award amount deposited on the file of Workmen Compensation Commissioner (DCL) Trichy in W.C.No.166 /2014 , pending disposal of the appeal.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case , the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw 25% of the award amount with proportionate interest and costs by filing proper application before the Deputy Commissioner of Labour, Trichy.

The Deputy Commissioner of Labour is directed to deposit the balance award amount in any one of the Nationalised Bank, in fixed Deposit, initially for one year, renewable thereafter, till the disposal of the appeal.
