(Order of the Court was made by PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA, J.) When the petitioner approached this Court by filing W.P(MD) No.21456 of 2021, he was directed to approach the jurisdictional designated court.

It is now stated that when he approached the said court by filing Cr.M.P., the same was returned for want of PR number. He further states that no FIR has been filed.

The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that today, the vehicle is being produced before the designated court in Srivilliputtur.

So, in view of such submission, the petitioner once again may approach the jurisdictional designated Court and represent the Cr.M.P which was returned.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
