Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.UTHAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.MAYILVAHANA RAJENDRAN, Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 294 (b), 498(A), 506(i) IPC r/w 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.15 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the second and third petitioners is relaxed and on the first and fourth petitioners is modified to the effect that the first and fourth petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court twice in a week i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
