This Civil Revision petition is filed against the fair and decreetal order dated 13.02.2018 made in I.A.No.950 of 2017 in O.S.No.210 of 2012 on the file of the Prinicpal District Munsif, Manapparai.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit itself has been disposed of by the trial Court and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
