Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent police particularly the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry by calling the petitioner frequently. ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police particularly the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry by calling the petitioner frequently.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
