2. According to the revision petitioner, the marriage between the petitioner and respondent was solemnized on 25.05.2014 at Trichy Railway Marriage Hall, as per Hindu Rites and Customs. Out of wedlock, they were blessed with a male child. In the meantime, the respondent wilfully deserted the petitioner and started living separately. Thereafter, the revision petitioner filed H.M.O.P.No.149 of 2019 seeking a remedy of divorce under the Hindu Marriage Act. The respondent is not willing to conduct the case and purposely drag on the proceedings. Due to the pendency of these proceedings, the petitioner is suffering from mental agony. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner.
