ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.398 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Trichy.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case in C.C.No.398 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, has been ended in acquittal and nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioners in this petition become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
